Rob Woods knows Wellington County better than most. He was born here, on the family farm in the village of Alma, just minutes north of Elora and Fergus. He has watched this community grow over the years and has a great memory of where we’ve come from and a good sense of where this township is going. That’s why a career in real estate came naturally to him when he started as a sales representative in 1988.
As a family man and an active member of the community, Rob’s expertise is in knowing people and in knowing this place. Together with his wife Rosanne, they have raised their daughter Madeline here, getting involved in sports, schools and other activities to support her development. They understand the value of community.
Rob’s philosophies in real estate are simple: price it right, be honest and clear about what you’re representing and be realistic about what the market will bear. It doesn’t have to be hard sell; just a fair one.
He began his real estate career in 1988 and has expanded his real estate services to everything from agriculture, industrial and commercial listings to cottage properties, leased buildings and residential homes through to condominiums. Clients rely on his network of trusted professionals that offer them support for everything from home inspections to legal advice, and everything in between.
Rob has an impressive track record through the Guelph District Real Estate Board and is a Broker in good-standing at Edge Realty Solutions, Brokerage.
