Rob Woods knows Wellington County better than most. He was born here, on the family farm in the village of Alma, just minutes north of Elora and Fergus. He has watched this community grow over the years and has a great memory of where we’ve come from and a good sense of where this township is going. That’s why a career in real estate came naturally to him when he started as a sales representative in 1988.
As a family man and an active member of the community, Rob’s expertise is in knowing people and in knowing this place. Together with his wife Rosanne, they have raised their daughter Madeline here, getting involved in sports, schools and other activities to support her development. They understand the value of community.

Brian Gammie knows this area the way only someone raised here could and it’s that knowledge and pride in the place he grew up that led him to a career in real estate. It’s also the reason clients trust his advice and experience.
Brian graduated with an economics degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, but began building his career by following his aptitude for carpentry. Learning his skill at his father’s side before earning his trade with local home builder James Keating Construction Ltd., Brian brings not only a serious work ethic and a network of professional contacts, but also a well-rounded understanding of the local construction industry. Clients appreciate his insight when making real estate decisions.
But he credits the influence of his mother, Candice, for inspiring his commitment to providing personal client care. She was a trusted financial advisor in the community, helping people in all stages of life meet their goals, like obtaining the mortgage to buy their homes. Her passing several years ago has left a legacy for her family of doing good things here, at home, and maintaining strong bonds with her community of friends, neighbours and colleagues.
Brian and his wife, Ashley, made the choice to raise their family here, to give their three children the same opportunities that shaped their upbringing. As such, Brian remains actively involved in many facets of the community from a variety of sports, to the arts and volunteering.
Not one to be idle, Brian enjoys his work because it gives him the opportunity to continue to promote his community and help others find their place here too. Joining Edge Realty Solutions and teaming up with Rob Woods was a natural evolution of Brian’s career.
